Equipment & Tools

At the Mill we have equipment and tools to support a range of making activities for members.
We offer several training options to get you up and making quickly!

If you’re looking for a intro to basic and safe operation of equipment, then a training session is what you’ll need to get started. Sessions are offered by appointment and run by local experts at an hourly rate. Each session includes all necessary materials.

If you have previous experience on the equipment you want to use, then you’ll want to schedule a testing sessions. Testing may also be required as followup to training classes before unsupervised use is allowed. Sessions are offered by appointment.

To learn how to use the equipment in a group setting or at anything other than an introductory level, please look at our workshops on our events page.
