Hour Making Series: Brew Your Own Kombucha

April 22 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 pm

Instructor: Ash Austin

Learn about the health benefits of this ancient fermented beverage and how to make your own at home! This class will cover the basics of brewing, how to flavor your kombucha, and how to make your own kombucha cocktails. Participants will also receive a SCOBY and a quart sized jar of starter liquid. No experience necessary.

Instructor Bio: Ash is the Marketing Designer at Storey Publishing. When she isn’t designing catalogs and ads for Storey’s library of do-it-yourself books, she can be found brewing kombucha, baking bread, drawing comics, and enjoying the outdoors.
